This week we’ve started making our very own sourdough cultures in order to make sourdough. So far, we’ve observed the expansion of the culture, as well as the very gross yeasty scent.

Thursday was National R U OK? Day, where we were encouraged to check up on other people’s mental health. Have you checked up on a loved one’s mental health recently?
Coles bag designs
This week we began our Coles bag designs, we are currently working on our designs and photography. There are 4 topics that we may choose from, such as: “Happiness is….”, “Nature and the environment”, “Fresh, delicious food” and “Where my imagination takes me….”
Today is Avyan Rees’ last day at Broulee Public School. She’s transitioning to Moruya Primary School. We’ll all miss you, Avy! Have fun at your new school :)
Final Basketball Session
Tuesday was our last basketball session with our coach, Rebecca. We all loved participating and learnt a lot of skills. Thanks Rebecca!
Last Friday we held a fundraiser for our farmers currently battling the harsh drought out west. Our school managed to raise $1,448 dollars for our farmers! Good job, everyone. We also had a dress up as a farmer & bush dancing, with a gold coin donation.
